Which platforms are supported?
Currently available: TikTok. Platforms marked Planned aren’t supported yet. Only public links are supported.
Where will my download be saved?
Files usually go to your browser’s Downloads folder. On iPhone, check Safari’s downloads or the Files app. On Android, check your browser’s Downloads. You can then move the file to your gallery.
Which file formats can I download?
The options depend on your link. We show the actual file type and available video quality before you download. Video is typically MP4; audio may be M4A or MP3. MP3 is shown when the download service can provide it.
Why can’t I download this link?
Check that the TikTok video is public and still available. Private, deleted or restricted videos and photo slideshows aren’t supported yet. Copy a fresh share link and try again; a temporary connection problem can also cause a download to fail.
