Privacy Policy

SaveArrow lets you save public videos by pasting their link. You don't need an account, and we collect as little as possible.

What we process

• The link you paste. We use it to find the available files and to create download links that expire after 10 minutes. We don't keep a history of the links you paste.
• Your IP address. It is used for a moment to limit how many requests one visitor can make, and it is sent to Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you are not a bot. We don't store it.
• Anonymous usage counts, such as whether a download was requested, whether it worked, the platform, the language and how long it took. They contain no links, video titles, IP addresses, cookies or user IDs.
• Error logs. When something fails, technical details, which can include the link, may appear in error logs that are kept for up to 7 days so we can fix the problem.

Cookies

We don't set cookies and we don't track you for advertising. The Cloudflare Turnstile check may store technical data in your browser so that it can work.

Who else handles data

SaveArrow runs on Cloudflare, which processes requests for us (hosting, security checks and logs) under its own privacy policy. When you download, the file is fetched from the platform, for example TikTok, at your request. We don't sell personal data or share it with anyone else.

Children

SaveArrow is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
