How to download a Snapchat Spotlight video

Copy the Spotlight link
On a Spotlight video, in the Snapchat app or on snapchat.com, tap Share, then Copy link. The link starts with snapchat.com/spotlight/.

Any video that’s public on Snapchat Spotlight can be saved from its snapchat.com/spotlight/ link. Stories, private Snaps, chats and Memories aren’t public, so they can’t be saved here.

How do I download a Snapchat Spotlight video?
On the Spotlight video, tap Share → Copy link, paste the link into SaveArrow and save the MP4. It works for videos that are public on Spotlight.

Can I download Snapchat Stories, Snaps or Memories?
No. Only public Spotlight videos are supported. Stories, private Snaps, chats, Memories and anything else that isn’t public on Spotlight can’t be saved.
Where are Snapchat videos saved on iPhone and Android?
On iPhone, find the video in Safari’s Downloads or the Files app, then save it to Photos. On Android, open the browser’s Downloads or the Files app and move it to your gallery.
What format are Snapchat videos saved in? Is there MP3?
Videos are saved as MP4; for Snapchat there’s no MP3 or audio-only option. Download links expire after 10 minutes, so paste the Spotlight link again for fresh ones.
Can I repost Spotlight videos I download?
Respect the creator’s rights: save only videos you’re allowed to use, such as your own, and don’t repost someone else’s Spotlight as your own work.
