Frequently asked questions

Can I download a password-protected or gated Vidyard video?

No. Videos protected by a password, videos behind a sign-up form and private videos aren’t supported. SaveArrow works only with public Vidyard share pages.

What quality will the video be?

Where is the downloaded video?

On a computer, look in your browser’s download list or your Downloads folder. On iPhone, the file is in Safari’s Downloads or the Files app; on Android, open your browser’s menu → Downloads or the Files app.

Can I reuse a Vidyard video I downloaded?

The video belongs to the company that made it. Keep a copy for your own reference, and ask the owner before posting it or using it elsewhere.

Why doesn’t my Vidyard link work?

Check that the link opens the video without a password or a form to fill in. If it does and still fails, copy the share.vidyard.com/watch/… link again from the email or the browser bar and retry.
